I．はじめに

　肝芽腫は乳幼児，特に2-3歳以下に好発し，その発生頻度は小児固型悪性腫瘍のうち，第3位を占めている．しかしその予後は成人肝癌に比較し若干良好とされており，近年の術前術後の管理および化学療法の進歩に伴って将来に明るい展望を期待しうるようである．一般に肝芽腫を含め肝腫瘍の脳内転移は稀とされており，文献上肝芽腫の脳内転移例の手術報告は見当たらない．

　今回われわれは肝芽腫の前頭葉内転移巣に対して腫瘍摘出術を施行したのち，強力な化学療法を併用し良好な結果を得た1例を経験したので，本疾患の脳内転移例に対する治療と若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

Hepatoblastoma is a rare abdominal tumor whichaffects infant, especially two or three year old boy.The authors experienced a rare case of cerebral meta-stasis of hepatoblastoma. The patient was a 1 and onethirds year old boy who was admitted because of lefthemiparesis, somnolent consciousness, and abdominaltumor in September 21, 1982. At admission physicalexamination showed massive epigastric tumor withemaciated and dehydrated condition. Neurologicalevaluation indicated left spastic hemiparesis, som-nolent consciousness and bilateral choked disc.
