I．はじめに

　転移性脳腫瘍は全脳腫瘍の5-15％を占めるといわれている^10）．そのなかで，一般に肉腫の脳転移は稀である^8,11）．今回われわれは肺原発横紋筋肉腫の脳転移例を経験したが，肺原発横紋筋肉腫自体極めて稀である上に，脳転移を来たしたものは渉猟しえた限りでは2例の報告をみるにすぎない．さらに，小児例についての報告はいまだみられず，文献的考察を加えて報告する．

This case, 3-year-old boy, had primary pulmonary rhabdomyosarcoma with extensive cerebral metastasis. Left lower pulmonary lobectomy was followed by irradiation of the tumor bed and entire thorax. Four months later, intraorbital tumor and subcutaneousmetastasis in the parietal region appeared. CT scan revealed low density area in the right temporo-parietal lobe. Two months later, he complained of headache, nausea and vomiting, and underwent the emergency decompressive craniectomy.
