I．はじめに

　最近われわれは，慢性硬膜下血腫の診断のもとに非観血的に経過観察中顆粒球減少症を併発し，これを転機として血腫が感染し硬膜下膿瘍をきたしたと思われる症例を経験した．そのCT所見，感染経路などにつき文献的考察を含めて報告する．

A 76-year-old female was admitted with a headache.She had no febril course before admission. Com-puted tomography (CT) demonstrated bilateral frontalhypodense areas without enhanced rim. She was madea diagnosis of a chronic subdural hematoma. Becauseher general condition was poor and she had no neuro-logical deficit, she was planned to be treated con-servatively. On a few days after the admission, shewas suffered from agranulocytosis. However, leuko-penis disappeared within a few days by the effectivetreatment and any neurological deficit was not observ-ed in these period.
