脈絡叢血管腫の2例—症例報告とCT診断

Two Cases of Choroid Plexus Angioma:Case report and CT scan finding

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脈絡叢血管腫の記載は古くにみられるが，現在なお稀である．私遠はその2例を経験し，手術的治療に成功した．1例においては術前CT検査でほぼ診断し，術後組織学的にも確認しえた．甚だ稀な症例であるとともに，診断的，治療的にも興味あるものと考え，ここに報告し，いささか考察を試みたい．

Choroid plexus angiomas are thougt to be rare and mostly found by primary intraventricular hemorrhage combined with subarachnoidal hemorrhage except a few cases of so called silent angiomas.

We have experienced two cases of the disease recently. In the first case of 48 years old male, the initial symptom was severe occipital headache with nausea and vomiting and lumbar puncture revealed hemorrhagic CSF of 140 mm CSFP. When the patient was admitted to our clinic, 1. motor disturbance was verified moderately severely and CAG examination demonstrated a r. temporal lobe hematoma but small angiomatous malformation was not found anywhere.
