I．はじめに

　乳児期（生後12ヵ月以内）の脳動脈瘤は稀であるが，好発部位や病態は，他の年齢にて発症した脳動脈瘤と異なる特徴を有し，発生についても，やや異なる機序が推測される．

　われわれは，生後3ヵ月にて発症し，広範な脳内および脳室内血腫を認めた右中大脳動脈瘤の症例を経験し，手術にて良好な結果を得たので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of intracranial aneurysm in an infant girl agedthree-month-old was presented. She suddenly vomit-ted and on the following day she suffered from general-ized convulsive seizure. She became semicomatousgradually and admitted to our hospital after three daysfrom the onset. Neurological examination revealedanisocoria (R>L), retinal bleeding, left hemiparesisand nuchal rigidity. Computed tomogram showedmassive intracerebral hematoma in right temporo-parietal region and intraventricular hematoma.
