Ⅰ．はじめに

　"cri-du-Chat" syndrome（猫泣き症候群）は奇異な泣き声と特有な顔貌を是することで知られ，身体各部の異常を伴い，その発生に関しては常染色体の異常が関与することも明らかにされている．本邦においても浦野ら^36）が第1例を報告して以来，多くの症例が知られており，種々の検討も加えられてきた．これまで多くの身体奇形の合併が報告されてきたが，meningolnyeloceleを併発した症例は今のところ見いだすことができないようである．

　私達は"Cri-du-chat" syndromeにmeningomyeloceleを併発した極めて特異的といえる症例を経験したので報告する．

This patients is a 48-day-old girl, born as the third child from a 29-year-old healthy mother. The pregnancy was uneventful, and the delivery was normal. Right after birth, she had episode of asphyxia for several minutes. Her weight of birth was 2,600g, and the head circumference was 30.4cm. Dyspnea and cyanosis after feeding were noted on the second day.
