Ⅰ．はじめに

　近年，頭蓋内占拠性病変としての脳結核腫は，化学療法の進歩により著明に減少した．更に，石灰化をきたす脳結核腫となると一層みる機会は少ない．さてCT scan導入後の頭蓋内結核腫の記載は，いくつかなされているが^{3,9,11,12,14,17）}，石灰化結核種のCT所見に関する報告はいまだなされていない．

　今回われわれは，頭蓋内に多発性の石灰化を存し，結核の発病の既往がなく経過し，小脳失調症状で初発した小脳石灰化結核腫を持つ63歳男子の1治験例を経験したので，そのCT所見を中心に若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Recently, intracranial tuberculoma has been markedlydecreased in some parts of the world but its incidence among intracranial tumors is different in each country (Table 1). Of these intracranial tuberculomas, calcifica-tion is uncommon and its incidence is less than 7% (Ta-ble 2). Since the advent of the CT scan, reports dealing with CT features of intracraniai tuberculoma have been very scanty. Furthermore, to the author's knowledge, there have been no papers on CT scan regarding calcified tuberculoma of the brain in the English literature yet.
