Multiple Aneurysms Associated with Moyamoya Disease

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳血管Moyamoya病に合併する脳動脈瘤の報告は，比較的稀なものとされてきたが，近年Moyamoya病の症例増加とともに，その合併例の報告は意外に多い．

　厚生省特定疾患ウイリス動脈輪閉塞調査研究班のMoyamoya病診断基準^13）に則り，内外の文献を渉猟した結果，1967年牧ら^16）の記載以来，1979年Adamsら^1）の自験例4例の報告まで計25例の多きにのぼる．

A case of multiple cerebral aneurysms associated with Moyamoya disease on the left side was reported. The patient was 36-year-old male attacked by intracerebral hem-orrhage. Five associated aneurysms were located at the basilar top portion, the posterior cerebral artery, the posterior cmmunicating artery (2), and the basal gan-glia on the left side. We removed hematoma at first, and about 2 months later operated on these aneurysms.
