脳内原発性細網肉腫の長期生存例

A Long Survival Case of Primary Intracranial Reticulum Cell Sarcoma

Ⅰ．はじめに

　悪性腫瘍患者が丹毒やその他の感染症に罹患した場合，腫瘍が縮小または消失したという報告は古くから散見される^1,4）．われわれは極めて予後不良とみなされている脳原発性細網肉腫症例に亜全剔出術を施行後，重篤な化膿性髄膜炎を併発し，髄膜炎の治癒後3年10カ月間，全く再発の症状なしに経過した症例を経験した．この症例は頭蓋形成術の際に腫瘍床を組織学的に検索したが，腫瘍細胞は全く発見されなかった．本症例を文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A long survival case of primary intracranial reticulum cell sarcoma is reported. A 31-year ond man admitted to our hospitah on July 2,1973, with the complaints of heaonache, nausea, vomiting and numnbness of right ex-tremities. A neurological examination revealed right hemihypesthesia and papilloedema. EEG showed con-tinuous 3-4c/s slow wave on his left temporal regions. Carotid angiography also revealed a space taking lesion on the left temporal area.

Subtotal removah of tumor with external decompression was performed on Juny 6,1973 and Ommaya's reservoir was set in the cavity of removed tumor at that time.
