脳原発と思われる，広汎な頭蓋外転移をきたした肉腫の1剖検例

Widespread Extracranial Metastasis of Primary Intracerebral Sarcoma:Report of an Autopsy Case

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳腫瘍の頭蓋外転移は，化学療法や放射線療法の発達およびステロイド剤の大量投与に由来する生体の免疫感作機構の抑制等により，近年増加の傾向にあることが注目されている^6,8,9,16）．

　脳腫瘍の頭蓋外転移症例のうち，悪性神経膠腫については，転移巣との発生母地の相違を中心に多くの検討がなされてきたが^3,8,16,25），間葉性起源である脳原発性肉腫の頭蓋外転移の報告については意外に少ない^{2,4,6,7,9,13,14,18,24）}

　著者らは左頭頂葉に発生した脳原発性肉腫が，手術，放射線および化学療法等の治療中に，マントー反応陰性化をきたした後，広汎な遠隔転移を示した1剖検例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

This is the autopsy report of a case of primary intracerebral sarcoma which widely and distantly metastasized to thyroid, lung, heart, liver, kidney, adrenal glands and general lymphonodi after being administrated an amount dose of chemotherapeutic agents and Co60 irradiation.

A 35-year-old female of right handed was admitted to our hospital with complaints of headache, nausea and vomiting in October 1974. Neurological examination revealed motor aphasia and hemiparesis on the right side and cerebral angiogram also showed a space occupying lesion in the left frontal lobe.
