Traumatic intracranial aneurysm is rare lesionwhich is complicated severe head injury. In spiteof this rarity, this aneurysm is well known by thefact of high probability of rupture, and high mortalityrate.

Ninety-four cases of traumatic aneurysms, including5 cases of our own are discussed. In 94 cases, 83cases (88.3%) are located at the middle cerebralarteries and/or the anterior cerebral arteries. Thereare only 2 cases (2.1%) located at the posterior fossa.All of these 94 aneurysms are situated at the peripheralarteries and/or cortical branches, in the distance ofWillis' arterial ring.
