Ⅰ.はじめに
脳動脈瘤破裂に際してしばしば認められる脳血管攣縮の病因としては,これまで動脈が破裂することによる機械的因子,逸脱血液中の化学成分および神経性因子が考えられている.
機械的刺激により脳血管が収縮することはFlorey13),Fchlin9),杉浦33)らにより実証されたが,機械的刺激による脳血管の収縮は局所的であり,しかも30分以上は持続しないと報告されている.
In order to study the role of sympathetic nervous system and vasoactive amines in cerebral arterial spasm, the following experiments were performed in dogs.
In the first experiment, two weeks after bilateral removal of the superior cervical ganglion subarachnoid hemorrhage was produced by the puncture of the posterior communicating artery in six clogs. Second, the arterial blood of non-reserpinized dog was injected into the cisterna magna of another six reserpinized clogs. Diameter changes of the cerebral basal arteries before and after the experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage were observed utilizing the magnified vertebral angiography.
