Ⅰ.症例
1946年生れの男性.家族歴,既往歴,生活歴に特記事項はない.現在までに3回入院している.
The authors presented a case of dermoid cyst arising in the left middle cranial fossa, and discussed the diagnosis and treatment. The patient, a 31-year-old man, developed headache and diplopia first in 1965, when he was 19 years old. He also vomited occasionally and was admitted to us in 1965. Neurological examination then revealed bilateral papilledema and slight anisocoria. Carotid angiograms and fractional PEG suggested a mass obliterating the aqueduct. Torkildsen shunt was placed.
