Epidermoid in the Middle Cranial Fossa Presenting Hemiparkinsonism:A Case Report

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳腫瘍に伴うパーキンソニズムの報告は，これまで散発的に認められるのみである．われわれは今回，左中頭蓋窩類上皮腫に伴う，一側性パーキンソニズムを経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

A case of epidermoid in the left middle fossa presen-ting right hemipakinsonism was reported. The patient was a 38-year-old man who had had tremor at rest in the right lower limb over a period of 4 years, and in the right upper limb for 2 years. Three weeks prior to admission, he began to suffer from headache and vomi-ting.

Neurological examination on admission revealed tre-mor at rest (5 Hz) with cogwheel rigidity in the right upper and lower limbs, hyperreflexia of the four limbs more on the right and bilateral hyperreflexia of the four limbs more on the right and bilateral papilledema.
