自律神経疾患における内視鏡的直腸生検法の有用性

Rectal biopsy as a method of clinical research in dysautonomia.

はじめに

　自律神経線維は体内各臓器に隈なく分布しているにもかかわらず，生検標本を用いた形態学的評価の試みは，従来あまり行なわれていない。筆者らは，以前から内視鏡的生検法で得られた直腸粘膜標本に分布する自律神経線維を組織化学的な方法で同定し，同神経線維の分布密度を，種々な自律神経疾患患者で比較検討してきた。本稿ではこれらの要旨を報告し，さらに生検直腸粘膜標本での内在性神経を含む自律神経線維の，組織化学的および免疫組織化学的識別法についても言及する。

Recently, we used endoscopically biopsied rectal mucosae for the morphological study of the peripheral autonomic nerves using the following histochemistry and immunohistochemistry.

Postganglionic sympathetic nerve fibers in the rectal mucosae were examined by catecholamine fluorescence with the glyoxylic acid method.
