三次元内視鏡の有用性に関する検討

Evaluation of the three dimentional image guidance for Endoscopic procedure.

　三次元内視鏡の臨床的有用性を客観的に評価するために，当科の医師20名が決められた模擬手術操作を三次元画像（3D）と二次元画像（2D）の下でそれぞれ行い，要した時間を比較検討した．全体の平均所要時間は3Dでの操作のほうが有意に短かった．また，内視鏡手術経験者7名と未経験者13名で，いずれも3Dが有意に早く操作を終了しており，操作時間は内視鏡手術経験には関係がなかった．個人別の3Dと2Dの所要時間は外科経験が長く，年齢の高い層ほど差が大きく，より3Dの恩恵を受ける傾向にあった．以上より，三次元内視鏡は客観的にみても臨床的に有用と考えられた．

Every surgeon who has the experience of performing the endoscopic operation with three-dimensional (3D) video system knows the usefulness of the 3D image. But there is no objective date comparing the usefulness of 3D image with two-dimensional (2D) image in the endoscopic surgical procedures. In order to evalute effectiveness of 3D image and 2D image objectively, 20 surgeons performed a determinated endoscopic sugical procedure using training box with guidance of 3D image and 2 D image respectively. The time required to com-plete the procedure was measured in both guiding method.
