The olfactory disturbance patients who visited to our clinic were mostly originated in nasal diseases (chronic rhinitis, chronic inflamation of nasal accessory or paranasal sinues or nasal allergy and others). Therefore 92.5% of them were classified to the epithelial or the combined olfac-tory disturbance types on clinical disturbance classification. For make a diagnosis and the treatment of the epithelial and the combined olfactory disturbance, the grasping of the extra-ordinary observations of olfactory mucous mem-branc was required.
