Ⅰ．まえがき

　小脳障害に伴った身体各部の不随意運動，錐体外路症状などを示す症例の報告や実験的研究は現在まで多くある^1〜5）。Hunt^1）はmyoclonus，dyssynergia，小脳症状を伴った例の病変の主座が小脳歯状核と上小脳脚にあったと報告し，Rossら^4），田村ら^5）はmyoclonus，opsoclonusに小脳症状を有する例を報告し，病変の主座が小脳歯状核にあると述べている。

　私どもは小脳症状にdyskinesiaあるいはmyoclonusなどの不随意運動と錐体外路および錐体路症状を伴った一家系3症例を経験したので報告し，小脳症状と錐体外路症状との関係および不随意運動と小脳および錐体外路系障害との関係について考察を加える。

A family was described in which 3 cases developed progressive cerebellar ataxia, involuntary movements and extrapyramidal signs with definite or questionable pyramidal signs. The chief manifestations were cerebellar ataxia, orallingual dyskihesia, extrapyramidal and pyramidal signs in 22-year-old female (propositus) and her father, and cerebellar ataxia, myoclonus, extrapyramidal and questionable pyramidal signs and peripheral neuropathy in her paternal uncle.
