 These are a preliminary report of Leprechaunism in which revealed thining of corpus callosum, gliosis, dysmyelination in the white matter except that the surrounding ventricular wall, heterotopic neuron in the white matter, and atrophic ammon horns associated with ventricular dilatation on histological finding. But our two cases, 6 years old and one year old girls, had elfin face with large, low located ears, deep set eyes, retus nose, thick lip, micrognathia and enlarged clitoris.
