Clinical Features and Prognosis in Juvenile Myasthenia Gravis

I．はじめに

　重症筋無力症（以下MGと略す）のnatural historyに関する報告は，欧米をはじめ，わが国でも散見されるが，とくに小児のMGについてその臨床縁および予後の点を詳しく調査した報告は比較的に少ないようである。

　私どもは，1963年9月より1970年6月までの期間，九大神経内科において診察した小児のMG（15歳未満のもの）33例について，臨床像と予後の点を検討したので報告する。

Analysis on clinical and therapeutic factors has been made in 33 cases with onset under age 15. These cases were seen at Depart. of Neurology, Kyushu University from Sept. 1963 to June 1970. Inquiry letters were sent to the patients and the response was obtained from 23 cases (70%).
