重症筋無力症の臨床—113例の臨床的分析と追跡調査

A Clinical Study in Myasthenia Gravis: An Analysis and Follow Up Study of 113 Patients

　自験例113例の重症筋無力症患者の臨床的分析とコントロールの状況を把握する目的で追跡調査を行なつた。

　1）性別，初発年齢，初発症状，病型，症状の持続や出現率，合併症の頻度などは既存の報告と大差なかつた。

　2）日常の一般検査からは，血沈充進・リンパ球増多・免疫グロブリン増加・血清生物学的諸反応の異常などのみられた例は比較的少なかつた。

　3）胸腺別除の効果は，例数の少ないこと，手術例に筋無力症自体も重症な例が多かつたことなどより判定は難しいが，全く無効と思われた例やごく短期間しか効果が持続しなかったと考えられた例がむしろ多かつた。

　4）86例の追跡調査では数例が寛解し，30例はコントロール良好であつたが，残りの約40例は不良で12例が死亡した。

One hundred and thirteen cases of myasthenia gravis seen in the Department of Neurology, Neurological Institute, Kyushu University, from September 1963 to June 1970 were analyzed clinically. A special attention was paid upon their clinical courses for the purpose of evaluating whether our therapy having been adequate or not. Some of these were re-examined and others were analyzed by inquiry letters.
