Cholinergic Crisis of Childhood Myasthcnia Gravis: Short Discussion about 4 Cases

　東大小児科では1964年以来1970年6月までに4例の重症筋無力症患児のcholinergic cisisを経験した。この間の7年間に東大小児科を受診した重症筋無力症患者は47名，全身型10例，眼筋型37例，男児14例，女児33例である。crisisを起した例は全体の8.5％にあたる。

　cholinergic crisisを起した症例はすべて全身型であり，crisis発症時年齢および性別は，第1例1歳4月男児，第2例10歳5月女児，第3例2歳2月男児，第4例1歳3月女児である。うち第2例は，第1回の重症筋無力症シンポジウムで発表した。今回はこれら4例を総括して．小児期cholinergic crisisの印象を述べる。

　4 cases of childhood myasthenia gravis who had suffered from cholinergic crisis were discussed. The age and sex of them were 1 y 4 m male, 10 y 5 m female, 2 y 2 m male and 1 y 4 m female.

　All of them were acute in onset and resistant to anticholinergic medication, taking features of brittle type myasthenia gravis. One case died of cholinergic crisis, two cases died of accidental tracheal obstruction after recovering from cholinergic crisis and the other recovered from crisis with severe brain damage.
