　重症筋無力症のnatural history，とくに経過，予後について検討した。

　対象は1953年7月から1970年6月までの17年間に，名古屋大学第一内科および安城更生病院神経内科で経験した121例である。

　To elucidate natural history of myasthenia gravis, we analyzed clinically 121 cases of myasthenia gravis observed at the 1st Clinic of Internal Medicine, Nagoya University Hospital, and Department of Neurology, Kosei Hospital, Anjo-shi, during the period from Jul. 1953 to Jun. 1970.

　Females were 1. 75 times as often affected as males. Female preponderance was more marked in the younger-onset group (onset under 30 yrs of age) (F/M= 1. 9) than the older-onset group (onset over 30 yrs) (F/M =1. 3).
