神経学研究の方法論

Research of clinical neurology

はじめに

　臨床的研究（clinical study）とは，ヒトの病気についての研究であり，疫学的研究，疾患の診断法や治療法の発見，治療効果の判定，人体材料を用いた病気の成因やprocessの研究，などが含まれている^20）。その中には純粋に臨床的立場からの研究もあるが，ラボまたは基礎的研究の成果や方法論が応用されうることはいうまでもない。それらのすべての成果をヒトに応用するのが，医科学の本道である。この論文では，主として神経学の臨床的問題から幾つかのテーマを選んで問題点を指摘したい。

At present, clinical and basic research in neurology is primarily concerned with molecular medicine and molecular genetics. However, common findings in daily clinical practice may be fundamental to real progress in neurological science. In this paper, I present several problems from past and present topics in neurology.
