S状結腸癌切除後の転移性精索腫瘍

A CASE OF SIGMOID COLON CANCER WHICH METASTATIZED TO THE SPERMATIC CORD

　41歳の男性。3年前にS状結腸癌の診断で高位前方切除術を受け，明らかな再発はなかった。左鼠径部痛を主訴に受診し，左精索腫瘤を指摘され，生検を兼ねて腫瘤切除術を行ったところ，S状結腸癌（腺癌）の左精索への転移と診断された。

A 41-year-old male patient, who had undergone high anterior resection of sigmoid colon cancer 3 years previously and had no apparent reccurence, was referred to urology clinic with complaint of left groin pain. Physical examination revealed a nodule in the left spermatic cord, which was resected. Pathological examina-tion showed metastatic adenocarcinoma of sigmoid colon cancer. Fourty-one cases of metastatic tumors to the spermatic cord in the literature are reviewed and discussed.
