患者は64歳，男性。左腹部不快感にて精査中，左巨大水腎症，左無機能腎が認められた。左腎摘除術を施行し，内容液1,200mlを排出した。病理組織学的所見では残存する上皮の一部にG2〜G3,pT1の腎盂移行上皮癌を認めた。巨大水腎症に合併した腎盂腫瘍について若干の文献的考察を加えて報告した。
A 64-year-old man presented with left abdominal discom-fort. Preoperative examination revealed left giant hydro-nephrosis with non functioning kidney. Left nephrectomywas performed and histological examination showed tran-sitional cell carcinoma in the renal pelvis. We reviewedthe renal pelvic tumor associated with giant hydronephrosis.
