72歳，男性．膀胱全摘術後20年目に右尿管皮膚瘻部に腫瘤を生じた．生検にて扁平上皮癌を認めたが摘出不可能であった．ペプロマイシンによる化学療法を行うも死亡．尿管皮膚瘻部の皮膚癌は本邦第1例目と思われる．
The patient was 72 years old male who had undergone total cystectomy and ureterocutaneostomy fortransitional cell carcinoma of bladder 20 years ago. A solid tumor was noticed at the opening of rightureterocutaneostomy. Total resection of this tumor was impossible because the tumor had deeply invaded theabdominal wall. Histology revealed squamous cell carcinoma. In spite of chemotherapy, the patient diedbecause of peritonititis carcinomatosa. This case seems to be the first report in Japanese literature.
