症例は，69歳，男性。排尿困難を主訴に当科を受診した。前立腺癌と診断し，入院後前立腺全摘除術を施行した。術後，発熱のため施行した腹部CT，内視鏡的逆行性胆管造影の結果，十二指腸乳頭部癌と診断され幽門輪温存膵頭十二指腸切除術が施行された。現在まで検索しえた限りでは前立腺癌と十二指腸乳頭部癌との重複癌の報告は本症例が本邦3例目である。
A 69-year-old man complaining difficult urination was diagnosed as well-differentiated prostatic carcinoma, T2NO MO. Following hormonal therapy for three months, we carried out total prostatectomy. He became febrile up to 39℃after the operation and abdominal CT and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography showed duodenal ampullary tumor and the pathological study of endoscopic biopsy specimen revealed adenocar-cinoma. Pancreaticoduodenectomy was perfomed. This is the 3rd case of prostatic carcinoma with ampullary car-cinoma in Japan.
