外傷性精巣脱出の1例

A case of traumatic testicular dislocation

　56歳，男性。工事中に仰向けに転倒したところに，鉄パイプが腰から下腹部に落下し，当院へ救急搬送された。右陰嚢上部の裂創より鞘膜が裂けた状態で右精巣および精巣上体が脱出していた。局所麻酔下に整復固定した。術後3か月目の超音波検査にて，右精巣の萎縮などの異常を認めなかった。

A 56 year-o1d man was involved scrotal bruise in an industrial accident. Physical examination revealed a lac-eration of the right scrotum with compound dislocation of the right testis. Right orchidopexy was performed under local anesthesia with no difficulty and the patientmade an uncomplicated recovery.
