腎外傷による腎周囲血腫に合併した気腫性腎盂腎炎の1例

Emphysematous pyelonephritis associated with perinephric hematoma of renal trauma：A case report

症例は67歳，女性。腹満感を主訴に当院を受診した。精査後，腎外傷による左側腎周囲血腫に合併した気腫性腎盂腎炎と診断され入院した。保存的治療を施行するも改善を認めないため，左側腎周囲血腫にドレーンを留置し治癒に至った。

A 67-year-old woman visited our hospital complaining of abdominal fullness.As X-ray examinations revealed emphysematous pyelonephritis associated with perinephric hematoma possibbly caused by renal trauma,she was admitted and conservative antibiotics therapy was given but was not effective.A drainage of the hematoma was consequently placed and the patient recovered.
