間欠導尿の中断後に下部尿路結石を生じた二分脊椎の2例

Renal Dysfunction Accompanied by Lower UrinaryTract Stones in Patients with Myelodysplasia:Report of 2 Cases

　〔症例1〕は18歳，男性。9歳時に間欠導尿を開始し，15歳から3年間中断したが，混濁尿のため再診した。VUR，膀胱結石症のため膀胱切石術を施行し，間欠導尿を再開した。術後11年間，経過は良好である。〔症例2〕は20歳，男性。12歳時に間欠導尿を開始し，18歳から2年間中断したが，腹痛のため再診した。水腎症，前立腺結石のため膀胱瘻を造設した。前立腺結石摘出術，膀胱筋層切開術を施行し，間欠導尿を再開した。術後10か月間，経過は良好である。間欠導尿の中断は，下部尿路結石や腎機能障害を生ずることがある。

We describe the clinical course of 2 myelodysplastic malepatients with renal dysfunction accompanied by lowerurinary tract calculi. These two patients started intermit-tent catheterization at the age of 9 and 12, and interruptedcatheterizing at the age of 15 and 18, respectively. Theformer patient who complained of cloudy urine was diag-nosed as having vesical calculi and bilateral completevesicoureteral reflux 3 years after interruption of catheter-ization. He underwent cystolithotomy and restarted inter-mittent catheterization 6 times a day.
