重度尿道下裂に対する前腕皮弁による尿道再建

Urethral Reconstruction for Hypospadias Using the Radial Forearm Flap

　既に複数回の手術を受けた重度尿道下裂の症例に対して，遊離前腕皮弁による尿道再建術を行った。複数回の手術を要したが，重篤な合併症もなく，立位排尿という尿道再建の目的を達成した。術後の陰茎の形態も良好であり，患者の満足度も十分であった。以前の手術による瘢痕のため，局所の組織が不足している症例においては，遊離皮弁を用いた再建は，手術法の第一選択となり得ると考えられた。

A 25-year-old hypospadias patient, who had had multiple previous operations for hypospadia, received urethral reconstruction using a radial forearm flap. With at least one-year follow-up, the patient can urinate at the standing position. The final aesthetic and functional results are excellent. The radial forearm flap should be considered as another option for urethral reconstruction in hypospadias cripple patients.
