気腫性膀胱炎の1例

Emphysematous Cystitis:A Case Report

　89歳，男性。頻尿と排尿時痛を主訴に来院した。単純X線にて膀胱内腔にガス像がみられ，気腫性膀胱炎と診断した。尿道カテーテル留置後，膀胱内のガスは消失した。気腫性膀胱炎は，自験例を含めて本邦では21例報告されている。

A 89-year-old man visited our hospital with the complaints of urinary frequency and pain on urination. On plain X-ray film, gaseous shadow was demonstrated in the bladder. After a catheter was indwelled, the gas in the bladder had disappeared. 21 cases of emphysematous cystitis have been reported in Japan, including this case.
