超音波検査で疑われた陰囊水腫破裂

Rupture of hydrocele suggested by ultrasonography

症例は61歳，男性。左陰囊水腫を指摘されていたが，3年間放置していた。左陰囊触知中に，陰囊の張りが消失して疼痛が出現したため当院を受診した。超音波検査，CTで左陰囊水腫破裂と考えて，陰囊水腫根治術を施行した。

A 61-year-old man had been diagnosed as left side hydrocele for three years without any treatment. As he touched the left scrotum, it suddenly went to burst lost with pain, and he was admitted to our hospital. Ultrasonography and CT confirmed rupture of the hydrocele, and hydrocelectomy was performed.
