緒言
女子尿道憩室は従来から比較的稀れな疾患といわれてきたが，最近では泌尿器科的検査手技の向上と本症に対する認識の高揚から次第に増加の傾向にあるように思われる。われわれも無徴候性血尿を主訴とし，膀胱腫瘍の治療の目的で入院した際偶然発見した本症の1例を経験したので，追加報告する。
A case of urethral diverticulum with calculus in a 67 year-old house wife was reported. The ure-thral diverticulum, with no discharge from the urethra by pressure of diverticulum, was found, accide-ntly, during her admission for treatment of bladder tumor, by confirming the mass at the anterior wall of the vagina and the diagnosis of diverticular calculi was established by urethrography.
