長期腹膜透析患者の後天性嚢胞腎に認めた両側腎細胞癌

Bilateral Renal Cell Carcinoma in Acquired Cystic Disease of Kidneys Following Long-Term Peritoneal Dialysis : A Case Report

　症例は45歳，男性。10年来の長期腹膜透析中，透析カテーテル出口部感染にて入院した。その際，肉眼的血尿の精査のために行った腹部超音波検査，CTにて，両側の後天性嚢胞腎に腎細胞癌の合併を認めた。両側腎摘除術を施行した。術後14か月経過した現在，再発，転移を認めていない。

A 45-year-old man, who had been on peritoneal dialysis over ten years, was hospitalized because of infection of the abdominal wall orifice of a catheter for peritoneal dialysis. He had experienced macroscopic hematuria six months before the hospitalization. Ultrasonography and abdominal computed tomography disclosed bilateral renal cell carci-noma (RCC) in the acquired cystic disease of the kidneys (ACDK) and bilateral nephrectomy was performed. Patho-logical examination showed bilateral RCC (G2, pT2) in the ACDK. There has been no evidence of metastasis or recurrence for fourteen months after the operaton.
