腎杯憩室破裂

A CASE OF SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF A CALYCEAL DIVERTICULUM

　症例は左側腹部痛を主訴として来院した26歳の男性。DIP検査で左腎杯憩室破裂が疑われたため，逆行性腎盂造影を施行し腎杯憩室破裂を確認した。腎盂・腎杯内圧の減圧を目的とし，尿管ステント留置を行った。尿管ステント留置後，尿の腎外への溢流は減少し，尿管ステントは約1か月後に抜去し得た。

The patient, a 26-year-old male, visited our hospital with the chief complaint of left flank pain. Drip intravenous pyelography revealed the left calyceal diverticulum with dye extravasation. Retrograde pyelography demonstrated spontaneous rupture of the calyceal diverticulum. The patient was treated conservatively with indwelling ureter-al stent. After the treatment, CT showed decrease of extravasation from the calyceal diverticulum. Ureteral stent was removed one month later.
