透析患者に発生した出血性腎嚢胞の3例

RENAL HEMORRHAGIC CYSTS IN 3 PATIENTS WITH ACQUIRED CYSTIC DISEASE OF KIDNEY

　後天性多嚢胞性腎疾患を有する長期透析患者に発生した出血性腎嚢胞を3例経験した。保存的療法にて1例は治癒したが，他の2例は出血のコントロールがつかず腎摘除術を施行した。うち1例は透析中の出血性ショックとなったため，緊急手術を要した。出血性腎嚢胞は，後天性多嚢胞性腎疾患の合併症として悪性腫瘍，感染症とともに重要であり，症状出現の場合には早急な対応が重要であると考えられた。

Three cases of hemorrhagic cysts occurred in acquired cystic disease of kidney, who had been under hemodialysis for a long period, were reported. Ne-phrectomy was done in 2 cases, because of progressing anemia, and hemorrhagic shock in 1 case. The other case needed transfusion and close conservation, but not operation or embolization therapy.
