緒言
膀胱憩室自然破裂は極めて稀な疾患である。われわれは今回，術前に診断し得た後天性膀胱憩室自然破裂症例を経験したので報告する。
A 81-year-old man, indwelt with an 18F balloon catheter for dysuria due to benign prostatic hyper-plasia, was admitted to our hospital because of severe lower abdominal pain which had occurred at defecation. Retrograde cystography, which was done on suspicion of spontaneous rupture of bladder revealed the leakage of contrast medium into peritoneal cavity. With the diagnosis of spontaneous rupture of bladder diverticulum an emergency laparotomy was performed. A whitish cloudy ascites was found in peritoneal cavity but foul odor was absent. The bladder diverticulum was resected and a cystostomy tube was placed.
