Application of SIP Fast GRE to the Urinary System (An attempt of Dynamic MR Urography)

　ボランティア3例において，SIP Fast GRE法によるダイナミックMRウログラフィーの有用性について検討した。2例においては腎盂・尿管が比較的明瞭に描出されたが，1例では膀胱を中心に腸管によると思われるアーチファクトのため明瞭な描出はできなかった。本法は放射線による被曝がなく，撮像画面をページングすることにより経時的変化が観察可能であること，循環器障害や腎機能障害を有する症例にも施行しやすいことなどの特徴を有する。本法はさらに改善すべき点があるが，時間分解能もよく，被曝のない動態的腎機能検査として発展していく可能性が示唆された。

The effectiveness of dynamic MR urography by SIR fast GRE was evaluated in 3 volunteers. The pyeloureteral and the bladder region were delineated relatively sharply in 2 of the volunteers, but not clearly for the bladder in the remaining subject due to an artifact arising probably from the influence of the gut. This method is characterized by a lack of exposure to radiation, which enables observations of sequential changes by paging imaged frames, and facili-tates the application of this method even to patients with circulatory or renal dysfunction.
