薬物治療が有効であった後腹膜線維症の1例

RETROPERITONEAL FIBROSIS DEMONSTRATING A REMARKABLE RESPONSE TO STEROID AND MIZORIBINE COMBINATION THERAPY

　62歳男性。左側腹部不快感を主訴に来院。左水腎症，腎機能低下を認めた。CT, MRIにてL5部位大動静脈より左総腸骨動静脈領域に動静脈を包むような軟部組織腫瘤を認めた。特発性後腹膜線維症と診断しステロイドを中心とした薬物療法を行った。水腎症は速やかに改善し腹部大血管周囲軟部組織陰影も減退した。初期治療後1年3か月経過したが経過は順調である。

A case of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis was presented. The patient was a 62-year old male who was admitted to our hospital because of the left flank pain. CT demonstrated left hydronephrosis and soft tissue mass around the aorta and left common iliac artery. The left ureter was involved in the tissue. He had a remarkable response to steroid and mizoribine combination therapy.
