2歳4か月，男児。左陰嚢内容欠損および左会陰部腫瘤を主訴として受診。会陰部精巣転位と診断し，精巣固定術を施行した。自験例は本邦22例目と思われる。
A 2-year-old boy presented with empty scrotum on the left side and a mass in the ipsilateral perineum. MRI demonstrated an ectopic testis with spermatic cord on the perineum. Orchiopexy was performed. Twenty-one previously reported cases of this type of testicular ectopia in the Japanese literature were reviewed.
