副睾丸周囲に発生した血栓性静脈炎

Thrombophlebitis in the Scrotum:A Case Report

　症例は60歳，男性で，左陰嚢内の有痛性の腫瘤を主訴として来院した。左副睾丸腫瘍の疑いで腫瘤摘出術を施行した。腫瘤の病理診断は，多核巨細胞を伴う血栓性静脈炎で，副睾丸周囲の脂肪組織内の中等大の静脈に発生していた。

A rare case of thrombophlebitis in the scrotum is reported. The patient was 60 years old, and presented with a small tender mass in the left scrotum, which was subsequently excised because of suspicion of the epididymal tumor. The pathological diagnosis of the removed mass was throm-bophlebitis with scattered multinucleated giant cells, which had occurred in medium-sized veins in the fat tissue around the epididymis.
