膀胱原発リンパ上皮腫様癌腫の1例

Primary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the bladder:A case report

　患者は78歳，男性。主訴は肉眼的血尿。膀胱鏡で後壁に1.5cm大の無茎性非乳頭状腫瘤を認め，移行上皮癌（G3）の診断で，膀胱全摘出術を施行した。術後病理組織診断は，純粋型のリンパ上皮腫様癌腫で筋層に浸潤していたが，転移はなかった。術後の化学療法は施行しなかった。現在術後4か月で，患者は健康で再発の兆候はない。

　A 78-year-old man presented with gross hematuria. Cystoscopy showed a sessile non-papillary tumor,1.5cm in size,in the posterior wall. A biopsy of the tumor indicated transitional cell carcinoma（G3）,leading to radical cystectomy. The pathologic diagnosis of the removed bladder was pure type of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma involving muscle layer without metastasis（pT3a）. Adjuvant chemotherapy was not given. The patient is currently well without evidence of recurrence 4months after the surgery.
