尿膜管疾患の2例—特に尿膜管臍瘻について

TWO CASES OF URACHAL DISEASE: ESPECIALLY ON UMBILICAL URACHAL SINUS

緒言

　尿膜管疾患は比較的稀な疾患であるため，われわれ一般外科臨床医が取り扱う機会は極めて少ないと思われる。われわれは最近2例の尿膜管疾患を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases of the urachal disease were reported. Case 1, a 7-year-old boy, was admitted to our hospital because of abdominal pain and pussy discharge from the umbilicus. As a result of the contrast media injected from the umbilicus (=fistulography), the fistula was found long and slender, 5cm in length, from the umbilicus toward the apex of the bladder. Consequently we diagnosed it the umbilical urachal sinus. The histopathological findings of a part of the sinus wall showed columnar epithelium. Case 2, a 31-year-old man, was pointed out hen egg size tumor at the lower abdomen.
