尿膜管形成不全による尿膜管臍瘻の1例

EXTERNAL OPEN FISTULA OF THE URACHUS: REPORT OF A CASE

はじめに

　尿膜管の先天奇型による疾患は，従来比較的稀であるとされてきたが，近年尿膜管に関する関心が高まるにつれてその報告も次第に増加してきた。最近著者は，尿膜管形成不全によると思われる尿膜管臍瘻の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 20 year old male cook, first visited the Urological department of Niigata university on November 27, 1972 and was admitted on the 29 th for purulent discharge from the umbilicus for 2 to 3 years, after no abnormality since birth. No urinary discharge was noticed but elongation of the bladder dome was noticed by cystogram. Resection of the urachus was done on December 7, under the diagnosis of urachal fistula. The peritoneal cavity was opened under midline incision and the peritoneum was adhesed to a thick cord like tissue connecting the umbilicus and the dome of the bladder.
