気腫性膀胱炎の1例

EMPHYSEMATOUS CYSTITIS: A CASE REPORT

　糖尿病および神経因性膀胱を伴った気腫性膀胱炎の1例を報告する。83歳男性，肉眼的血尿と下腹部痛を主訴に入院した。検尿で血膿尿と糖尿を認め，単純X線およびCTにて膀胱壁と膀胱内腔にガス像がみられた。抗生剤投与により治癒し，膀胱壁のガスは消失した。気腫性膀胱炎は自験例を含め本邦で20例報告されている。

A case of emphysematous cystitis with diabetes mellitus and neurogenic bladder is reported. A 83-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the complaints of macroscopic hematuria and lower abdominal pain. Urinalysis showed hematopyuria and glycosuria. On plain X-ray film and CT scan, gaseous shadows were demon-strated in the bladder wall and lumen. Treatment with antibiotics was completely effective. On radiography after treatment, the gas in the bladder had disappeared. Twenty cases of emphysematous cystitis have been reported in Japan. in cluding this case.
