症例は77歳，男性，足背ボーエン病切除後に鼠径リンパ節が腫脹し，この生検を契機に前立腺癌の診断を下した症例を報告し，ボーエン病と前立腺癌との合併について若干の考察を行った。
A tumor, pathohistologically diagnosed as Bowen's dis-ease, was resected from the right instep of a 77 year old man. Biopsies of his swollen inguinal lymph node and the prostate indicated prostatic adenocarcinoma with metas-tasis. Association of Bowen's disease with prostatic cancer, was discussed.
