腎嚢胞に対する嚢胞内炭酸ガス注入療法の試み

TREATMENT OF SIMPLE RENAL CYST WITH CO, INSTILLATION

　単純性腎嚢胞7例に対してエコーガイド下で炭酸ガス（炭酸ガス濃度99.8％）注入による硬化療法を施行した。3か月後の効果判定で5例消失，2例縮小であった。疼痛，発熱など副作用は認めなかった。炭酵ガスはエタノール，塩酸ミノサイクリンと同様硬化剤として有用であると思われた。

CO₂ instillation was performed on 7 simple renal cysts by ultrasounguided cyst puncture to prevent the recurrence of renal cysts. Change of cystic size was observed by ultrasound, CT scan and abdominal X-13 examination after 3 months. Five renal cysts had disappeared, 2 renal cysts slightly had diminished. There were no complications. This treatment seems to be a safe and effective method to prevent recurrence of renal cyst.
