膀胱子宮瘻の1例

VESICOUTERINE FISTULA: A CASE REPORT

　23歳の女性が月経に一致した周期性血尿を主訴に外来受診し，膀胱鏡で膀胱後壁に瘻孔が発見された。患者は3か月前に帝王切開を受けており膀胱子宮痩と診断され，外科的に閉鎖した。術後3か月，特に泌尿器科的症状を認めていない。本邦報告例65例について若干の考察を加えた。

A 23-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of periodical hematuria. A fistula was found on the posterior wall of the bladder on cystoscopy. The fistula was treated successfully after surgical repair of the fistula. Herein, 65 cases of vesicouterine fistula in Japan, including this case, are reviewed simply.
